Cancellation policy

In the event of early departure or non-compliance with the binding reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellations up to 2 months before the planned arrival are free of charge.
  • For cancellations from 2 months to 1 month before the planned arrival, 40% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • For cancellations from 1 month to 1 week before the planned arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the agreed total price.
  • For cancellations from 1 week to 2 days before the planned arrival, 90% of the agreed total price will be charged.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the planned arrival, late arrivals, and early departures will be charged 100% of the agreed total price.

If you take out our travel cancellation insurance, you can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.

The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially rebooked. Room cancellations are only accepted in writing.

Check-in

Your room or suite will be available from 2 p.m. on your arrival day. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know.

Check-out

Check-out is possible until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You’re welcome to continue to use our pool area free of charge until 3 p.m. Late check-out with pool and room use is €80.00, subject to availability, and can only be booked at short notice.

Deductions

Unused inclusive services such as breakfast or dinner are non-refundable.

Dogs

We charge €25.00 per day for dogs. Your four-legged friend is not allowed in the dining room or wellness area – we kindly ask for your understanding.

Parking

Our spacious outdoor car park is available to guests free of charge. We are also happy to reserve a covered parking space for you (€10.00 per day) or a parking space in our underground car park (€15.00 per day). 

Payment methods

You can pay the hotel bill in cash, with all major EC debit cards, or by credit card (excluding American Express). Alternatively, you can pay in advance by bank transfer (please ensure foreign transfers are made without charges).

If you choose to pay the total amount including extras in cash, we offer a 2% discount on the price of the stay for full-paying guests (this discount does not apply to extras). Please inform us upon arrival if you plan to pay in cash as the discount cannot be applied at the time of check-out.

Rates

Rates are per person per night, including gourmet half board and our inclusive services. They vary depending on the season, occupancy level, and availability. Our flexible pricing system ensures that you receive the best available rate at the time of your booking enquiry. Please note: the tourist tax is not included in the rate and amounts to €2.20 per person (for guests aged 14 and above) per night.

For a reservation to be binding, written confirmation from both parties (via e-mail) is necessary.

We are unable to guarantee specific floors or room numbers, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Also, please note that the actual rooms and suites may slightly differ from their images.

Travel cancellation insurance

Unforeseen events can occur before your trip begins. Our travel cancellation insurance offers financial security in such situations. 
Should you arrive late or not at all for a booked hotel stay or depart early, cancellation fees may apply. We recommend that you take out the travel cancellation insurance recommended in the booking confirmation so that any expenses incurred are covered.
